The road kept going up, so we kept following. Right up to the top of Timber Mountain.

Timber Mountain is the highest point in the Cabello Mountains. All of the area’s radio antennas and cell towers are located at the top.

Nothing looks flat up there.
Nothing was flat and the wind was brisk, but we were pot committed at this point (“10 miles down the 9 mile road” with the sun setting).
