Ash is done using my engine hoist but I have no place to store it in my current situation. Would anyone like to use/store for a pending project in the near future?

You have a freaking barn?
You suck....
I will store it for you Greg. I move into my place tomorrow.
Just bring it over when you get a chance--I can store it in the barn.

Ash, can you deliver it to Beno when it's convenient? I have no interim storage provisions right now and no easy way to transport it
Can do. I may have another project lined up for it and will know soon enough.
Thanks.

But it was nice to use the cherry picker to lift the generator up in the air to do some PM work!My problem at the house is that I have the space all around the house but none of it is paved or asphalted. So, moving around a cherry picker is not possible![]()
Paving isn't good enough. You want concrete. If you have a heavy enough engine on the hoist in the hot summer sun it will sink into asphalt. It takes a LOT to get it unstuck.

True that. I learned that in IL as most people in my hood had asphalt driveways. The gubmint taxed you less if you had an asphalt driveway vs concrete!
