Have had this slow walk for almost two years now, can anyone confirm if this is the engine gasket leak? Nothing dripping to the ground or any burning smell or drop in engine oil level. Any idea how much may cost to repair? Is it save to wait a bit longer?

I assume you're talking about oil on head cover, one of its 10mm bolts and engine VIN plate.
It is most likely, the very common head cover gasket and bolt seals.
I tighten all, the head cover 10mm bolts. To 54INCH-lbf. Don't over tighten, make sure all to 54 INCH-lbf.
Also make sure the PCV hose, on BK2 (pictured) head cover, is in good condition.
