Here is a stolen drawing from Toyota I have laying around of an electric hub

Alright, had a few minutes today to compare.

So spindles are actually the same length BUT the e-hub spindle lacks the tab groove for the 42030 thrust washer and the 42025 spindl lock washer. So... while you could bolt it all together, it wouldn't be too inspired to stay together. But new and use parts are readily available so non-issue there. We stock a Japanese replacement (FA60060) and a TG Chromoly spindle (FA140205).

Hi Kurt,

I am currently running the conversion AVM hub setup on my HZJ77, which was done by PO. I was planning to rebuild the knuckles in the near future(get the rebuild parts from you) and assess the integrity of the converted hubs, I could take some pics of my setup if you wish.

I kept the e spindle. Used an older 70 series hub. Swapped discs over. Reused the original hub nut but reduced its thickness. And reused the locking tab system incorporated into the slip ring. Don't have to worry about those double nuts and lock tabs. Was done over 15 years ago and no issues.

PU/4RNR (79-85) are the same as the 6x/7x (80-90)
 
No I only need the copper spring were you attach the carbons.
It´s missing a piece and beond saving:-(

if anyone is switching to manual hub and spindle if u wouldnt mind selling me your wiring harness from the hub to main engine harnesss that would help me out alot
