Hey everyone Eibach is coming out with new suspension for the 200. I got a free setup answering a post on Facebook. It’s a basic setup no resi, just springs and struts. I didn’t get to talk to the guy very much but he informed me that it will be released in a few months. Its basically going to compete with OME which I had on my rig already. First impression is the truck feels much more planted at high speed 80 and above (I have a heavy foot). He said he put heavy springs on it but bouncy wise it feels comparable to the OME which I had the medium springs . I just got it back yesterday so haven’t had a chance to go wheeling with it yet I’ll keep you guys posted. I have some pics I took, I apologize I’m not very good with a camera.

wonder how the ride will change with aftermarket bumpers and other heavy mods?

How does Eibach compare to OME/Bilstein/etc from a quality and reputation standpoint?

Improved ride over stock? WhTs the spring rate?

Eibach has a great reputation in motorsports and performance driving. I've used their springs on many street cars and race cars.

Also, Eibach makes the springs for many other companies.... they are top notch in my book... very interested to see what rear spring options they come up with for the 200..

Isn’t it odd that they choose to make LC200 springs and shocks this late in the 200 cycle?

Looking good!

You'll love Big Bear. From mild to wild wheeling.

I got mine a few months ago, they told me to keep quiet.... LOL

I set mines to 2" in the front and went with the heavy duty rear springs... love the way it rides and took it on a few trails, very impressive.. did you get a tour of the building??? Took my son (19 yr) with me and had a blast!

No I didn’t get a chance to tour the building darn I missed that, I got the heavy duty also for the rear. I didn’t get chance to talk to Micheal after, you can set height adjustment? Didn’t get any of that info or even any kind of spec sheet or anything. Do you mind letting me know how to adjust the height ?

Is that your truck in the press photos?

What are your thoughts on this setup now that you've had these for a while? I'm thinking about picking up a set for now since I have Kings on order that are going to take 10-12 months to come. Might be good to have a temporary setup while I wait for the Kings.

How is everyone liking this kit? I can't find a Bilstein kit anywhere and thought I might go this direction.

These brands have made themselves reputations in different arenas. So from application to application, it may be still be possible to distinguish.

Kings are for race. Fox is in the spectrum of race to aggressive enthusiast use. Eibach is squarely a street brand.

That doesn't mean one is necessarily better than the other. Each has made concessions and design trades to optimize for application and use case. So using a race shock on the street is not optimal, just like a street shock for race would not be optimal.

As much as enthusiasts like to lean towards race parts, IMO they may be better served with street oriented parts.
