OK OK I'm calm. Really. No really I'm calm. Not a problem. Calm as the early morning sea. Calm as a cucumber. Seriously, no really, no worries. I'm fine. Honest. . . .

ps - I'm against the draft.

Still shooting for Texas if it continues to look like it will save us money... as long as we can get a portion of the freight (Long Beach > Seattle) refunded.

It's become a real PITA, but I am waiting to hear from Ehsan.
I am following this all the thread. The shipping company tells me that it was ARB that requested a redirect of the shipment. They even sent me a copy of the faxed request. What I will do is that I will ask the shipping company's reps in the US to contact you. I am told they did try contacting you but could not get through. I will send out an email right now.

They tried contacting me when??? My cell is with me 24/7, I am on a computer 14 hours a day... was it a carrier pigeon that couldn't find my office?

This is crazy...

Like I told you before, when the shipping company told ARB they were offloading our crate in Long Beach, ARB told them to not re-send it to Seattle but to truck it to Dallas as it would have been as cheap if not cheaper. That was a good call.

Right now, it's not even on the ground!!!

Don't mean to shout, but getting an email reply from you has been difficult, I have to drag the details out over the course of three emails to figure out what the heck is really going on and we end up in circles.

My group has been incredibly patient over the last year (link to timeline), and I would like to end this on good terms, but this is silly.

Soo.... Why isn't the stuff on the ground? What is the ETA? When are you gonna send me a name and number of this "mystery person" who has been so diligently trying to contact me?

I have a headache...
