ECU high pitched noise; whining noise; annoying high pitched noise coming from passenger side in the interior.

While doing the fixes for cold passenger air coming from under the glove compartment I found out that the annoying faint high pitched noise in my cabin is coming from my ECU. I opened it up and then looked behind the circuit board thinking maybe there was a small fan in there whining but there wasn’t. Has anyone ever experienced this or do yall know how to fix it? I’m guessing I just would need a new ECU or to localize the whining component on the board and solder a new one.

I’ll verify again… I put my ear up to every thing in there because I didn’t think the ECU was capable of such a noise lol. I’ll do it again and see

Definitely the ECU. I turned AC off last night when verifying and sanity checked again, it is 100% from the ECU.
