I made one of these up for my truck and had some material left over so I made a few more. These fit between the heater housing and the plastic duct. Should fit early - '73 style heaters. They are made out of black vinyl, and have finished seams. The vinyl stretches just a little bit to maintain tension; its working great on mine and looks pretty good too.

Price is $20 each shipped in the lower 48, buy 2 for $35 shipped. Paypal is willc60@q.com, and put a note that it is or a heater duct.

I have a bunch, and I will keep making them as long as you guys need them.

Thanks!

forgot to say thanks...Thank You. Nice piece BTW. I think this may also work on the triangular piece from the 55 I have, and maybe the body to blower as well. I'll post up...

ps...next batch, you ought to make up a signature tag of some sort. I'd rock it...
