Wanted Early 40 parts

Hi folks-
Trying to track down the last few pieces for completion of my early 1965 FJ40. If there's a source somewhere I don't know about or a good substitution I'd also like to hear about it. Here's what I need:

1. Rearview mirror

2. Sun visor? I'm not sure it came with one. There are two M6 holes on the windshield frame on driver side. I bought one from SOR but the holes in my frame are much closer together and vertical?

3. Bifold Hardtop door upper pivot pin socket. I don't know what else to call it. The pin at the top of the door goes into it. I hacked one together that may work, but I'd like to have the real thing.

4. PTO shifter lockout plate. I know these are hard to find and I may just make one.

5. PTO U-joint. Also impossible to find, but it can't hurt to ask.

the two vertical holes are for the top frame piece above the door.

I've got another pair of holes just inboard of the ones for the hardtop frame piece. Must have been added by a PO? You can see them in post #125 of the build thread linked in my signature.
Was there a sun visor from the factory?

Interesting you don't have holes for visors. Here is my 9/64 FJ45LP-B. It had some funky tinted plexiglass visors when I bought it in 1996. I removed those and installed OEM visors in windshield, holes were there. I don't know the history prior to 96. Could be a later windshield but still has vent in the bottom. It should have bug catcher vent windows on the door but it doesn't. Everything fits and key matched the ignition switch.

Can you show a picture or measure/describe the holes and mounting of the sun visor? Thanks.

Thanks! That looks about like the visor I got from SOR. I'll just drill and tap the holes and move on to the next puzzle.
