yeah, way beefier. 2" .250 wall dom and gusseted all over. ain't gonna break. nick blew up the engine in the runner 2 days before the trip; cracked a head, burnt a valve and partially melted a piston. so it's at the machine shop right now. what's another $2k when there's already over $35k tied up in an 85 toyota 4runner?!

Very nice that that was built as a removable part. Glad the boy had fun.
