So Carmon, are you saying you used the fj60 weather strip that goes on the actual door on the DOOR of the pig? What do those set a guy back? Good work...

Yep, and the 90 degree part of the molding are in the perfect spots to line up on the pig doors. It actually looks really good. As goes cost I had a 60 parts rig I stole them out of so nothing for me but I did call toyota to see and they aren't cheap. The back doors run 85 a piece and the front is 75 so not a viable option on cost but if you know of a 60 sitting around you can definitely use them.

That's is good to know. Do you have any pictures?

Has anyone ordered this yet? I plan on ordering some in the next couple of days. I am planning to order style 3 1120A233. My ghetto measurements come out to about 11-12' per door. I am planning to order 100', so I hope to use less than 50' on my truck and selling the rest. The measurements I came up with were 1/8" edge, A=1/2", B=5/8", C=1". If anyone sees a problem with my measurements please let me know. My old weatherstripping is very compressed and falling apart.

I'm gonna order this part number hopefully in about a month. Are you still happy with it?

I haven't installed the weatherstripping yet. I put a small section on as a test fit and I am happy with how it looks. I will try to take a picture later today if it stops snowing/raining.

SNOW?!?!? In June?!?!? That's nuts...of course 97 degree weather here yesterday was nuts too.

Thanks for the pic.

I just ordered part number 75 0634...

Also on a side note for everybody. I got the door seals from an FJ60 and it worked awesome for the door weatherseal. Not the channel on the pinch weld that sno bored found.

The p/n you list looks to be a window run. I think the orig question you quoted was looking for the window felts or beltlines.

I hear that Restoration Specialties has a nice felt: http://www.restorationspecialties.com/2009 Catalog ebook/2009 Catalog ebook.pdf

Good to know about the FJ60 door seals. This works for front and back doors?

Here is the test fit of the weatherstripping. I think it's a great fit. I need to paint some interior and finish my headliner before I install.

How does it work in the corners?

I haven't tried it in the corners yet. I may have to make some releif cuts in the corners, or cut all the way through at the 90* corners. I will take pictures when I do it. It will be a few weeks, I need to get my headliner done before I install the weatherstripping.

maybe i missed if you had written it somewhere, but about how much $ did it run you for all the weatherstrip total, sno bored? also, your pig looks like it's in a similar stage as mine in terms of headliner, paint... so i'll send you a message picking your brain on that :)

and HEY is it me or are your side rear window gaskets in great shape?! did you buy the SOR ones or did you use that chevy WBL1135 gasket that carmmontana did the thread on? and does jc whitney not make the weatherstripping that the sticky from 2006 talked about? sorry for all the questions. i get excited.

Been watching this thread. Sno Bored, how did it go? Of coarse, I have some of the same issues. Have you thought of using a heat gun to make those 90 degree turns? Did the cutting work? Have you gotten around to working with it yet?

So is the rubber from the 60 from the door and the jam? Am I to look for both to make the seal on my 55?

Hey did you finish your headliner? I can't wait to get to that part of the process! Still interested if you found that Mcmaster door liner to be the bomb. Are you using the rubber gasket on the door as well?
