Door Latch Mechanism Piece

This piece secures the inner door handle rod to the latch and keeps the vertical rod from falling out of the latch arm.

As you can see, mine is broken -

Anyone know where to get these?

Just found this yesterday, so I have not called Toyota or looked at SOR.

Wondering if anyone else has had to deal with these?

I have 4 doors that will be unused and all door mechanism (according to camotubebender, though I can't verify that these are in the bag, yet) from four other doors, if used is sufficient.

I'm assuming that out of inventory, I have at least one of these.

Then again, I'm pretty sure Toyota made a similar clip, out of plastic, that did the same thing. I think I've seen that on mini-Trucks in the junkyard. Maybe if you have a pick & pull near you, might save some gasbucks...

Not sure plastic could slide into the narrow slot on the end of that rod?
