Door Bows for Hard Top and Gasket kit (1 Viewer)

Hello,

We would like to install the hard top onto our 1974 FJ40. We don't have the door bows inner or outer. Will any year work ? In not what years were changes made or what should i watch for?

Also need some new seals for the hard top ... anyone use these Hard Top Seal Kit w/Screws
Any recomendations would be appreciated !

Not sure about what you're referring to as hardtop bows. I'm running an 81 top on my 74, and 66ish-84 will all fit other than the header bar over the windshield which would need to be modified or swapped and 79-84 kick out windows that could interfere with the curve of the stock rear roll cage. The Thread in my signature line below has detailed pictures and more info.

I've not used the seals you linked to. I used OEM 81 seals on my 74 that I never had any for before.
