I have two Stafford Shire Terriers. Shires are great hiking dogs, great one family dog..., but mine love kids! They are not one to bark. I can guarantee if you had an intruder they would not hesitate to protect you and anyone else that live with you! Short hair…..easy to take care of. No major health risks and very mellow! Good luck…Adopt a mutt they always make great dogs!

pit bulls and pit breads are dangerous...there is a reason why the State of Colorado baned anyone from owning one. There is a reason why people who dog fight use them. There is a reason why people should be scared of them. There is a reason why they all should be euthized......

it is statement like "no...people do" that make me think you are not responsible enough and do not understand that your dogs have a higher probability of "snapping" and killing someone than any other breed..
