Toyota made two models of ski / competition type boats a long time ago (Late '90's?) but definitely nothing like that one!
The ski boats were powered by the Lexus 4.0L V8 modified for marine use. Nice boats but apparently they had too many problems with the hull manufacturer, stopped making them after a short while.
I've seen a few in some ads for sale, they still want a bucket of money for them.
