Does the dash pad for FJ40 fit a 1980 BJ40?

Does an OEM dash pad for the 1980 FJ40 fit the 1980 BJ40? I don't believe that the Costa Rica BJ40 came with the dash pad.

If you have the brackets on your dash to install a padded it should work. By design any pad with fit any 4x series made to have a padded dash. Even the LHD and RHD are the same because of the shape and placement of the glovebox and instrument clusters. If your cruiser didn't have the brackets across the top and fixed nuts for the bottom you have your to figure that out to install one.
