Does anyone know where I can get a tent that emcloses the rear of my 80?

Does anyone know where I can get a tent that just encloses the rear of the cruiser? Safari softshell no longer manufactures one and I really would like one for my trips. I need just a little more room in there and with the tailgate down it would be perfect for us. I would buy one fro someone on here if they had one laying around somewhere. I have been searching and searching with all roads being a dead end.

Looked at several in that style but was really looking for one that just enclosed the rear and did not touch the ground.

In that case, save your cash, and buy a larger canvas tarp with some bungees.

Cool product but it looks more like an awning than a tent enclosure.

I've got one of those. I like it a lot. $500 is a lot of money for it though. But once you see the quality you understand. It's pretty much bombproof.

I really like the Wagon Tent concept, one of the big issues I have with sleeping in my truck is ventilation. With the Wagon tent you can have windows open with out inviting every flying biting critter in the forest to sleep with you. The extra space on the tail gate area would be cool to have as well.


To bad the SOR Wagon tent for the 60 series is discontinued.

On the ventilation issue, some mosquito netting cut to fit your windows/open tailgate and some disk magnets should help unless rain is in the forecast.
