That looks like the Bundu rig. I don't know if there is a build thread here but there is one on expedition portal.

The Bundu guys sold it in 2013 according to their build thread.

The Bundu rig armor was painted brown and it looks like a different bumper at least the fit is different from what I remember when he was running around my hood.

It was on Craigslist for $16k yesterday. The price is dropping fast...if it gets a whole lot lower I'll be tempted to buy it to re-sell as stock. I want his skidplates and he won't part out.
