Dobinsons FJ55 Suspension Options

I forgot to share that recently the prices of the Dobinsons leaf springs for the front and rear of the FJ55 went down in price significantly (almost by half). Dobinsons made a whole bunch of them in bulk, reducing the cost, as opposed to making just a handful at a time.

The full kit starting price was over $4k, but now the starting price is $2770, depending on options chosen.

Bummer…I bought the > $4k kit last year. Ride is stiffer than the original 1969 leaf springs I took off but guess that is what 56 years of use does. I have not yet removed a leaf from each corner as I wanted at least a full year of use and settling. I do like the lift though. I got close to 3” compared to the old tired springs.
