More progress on the LX - I'm picking it up this weekend for some "field testing" :). I'll take it back up to Ben later in the winter to finish the sliders (I know everybody is wondering about them but I needed the truck for a few fall trips so we postponed the sliders for a little bit)

I'll post more when I pick it up and get it on the trail.....

@1world1love Looking forward to how @benc takes on the sliders for the LX. I am enjoying mine on my 100.

Any modifications to the bumper (The Dissent one, not the stock plastic) for the LX? Looks like its just a big straight cut across the stock plastics so guessing no? I like the filler panel with the Rigid lights vs the row of bullet lights! Truck looks amazing, love seeing more built LX's rolling around! I won't even hold it against you for picking up the truck early and delaying the slider build ;)

No mods necessary. The front was pretty much the same as the LC. The rear required a relo for the AHC pump, but otherwise was the same. The sliders will be a different story though.

Yeah, the Rigid fogs are great. I am really happy with them.

@benc sent a pm yesterday. Have a few questions for you. Thx

I've taken a community college welding class before to learn to stitch up my old motorcycle. From the tiny itty bitty bit I know about welding...good God this is beautiful work! Makes me want to quit my desk job and come apprentice myself to you to learn how to be such a master. You are a true artist, sir.

@Doomstar You should check out the shop in person one of these days! Great work by some great guys! I get compliments on my ride everyday!

Anyone considering the Dissent gear from Ben should know his quality is top notch and I highly recommend his bumpers. Here's a few pics of my 2016 200 with some of Ben's goodies installed. I could not be happier with the way everything came out.

Do we trust anyone in south Florida to do an installation or are we better off shipping it to your shop?

Your LX looks great. That is my favorite model year LX, the 13-15. Such a sick ride. Luxury but unstoppable.

Thanks. Yeah, I really like the 13-15 years too. I'm pleased with the way the truck is evolving. I think overall I am pretty set. The only major things I have on my punch list is LRA tank, sliders (Dissent of course), and a new set of wheels/tires.

After that, I think I am good to go.

I powder coated those wheels black on my old LX. Looked really good.
