this is an actual 80 issue, and yet its in an 80 so Im safe, P.O. installed a monster AMP in rear right quarter with an 80 amp fuse under hood and two huge cable s to it, I dont want or need it, and that space will be better utilized without it, My question is how do I pull the amp and still have the stereo and speakers? Anyone? I yanked the subwoofer already. FYI BOTH ARE UP FOR GRABS IF ANYONE WANTS THEM

Pull the speaker wires off the amplifier and run them to your head unit instead. Leave the main supply cable in there for later in case you want to put a compressor, inverter, fridge, whatever at the back of the truck one day.

will do Im already on it, thanks man, Im going to replace the cables as they appear to be heavy audio cable, not sure if they could handle a compressor or the likke.

Quality power cable is quality power cable, some just wears fancy names & colors only a colorblind bat would choose.

Just look at the gauge cable, and if routed as you like, leave it for the future.
That stuff is stupid money to buy in useful gauge cable, only "real" benefit is the thin strand type lays flat easy compared to using the type with fewer wire count/thicker each.

Power doesn't care if the jacket insulation is purple or nuke green.

If it was a Monster cable though, make sure it's pointing the right way, it's designed to help the electrons flow better. ;)
