Thanks Dave, we couldn't agree more. From people taking a truck they got for free to a family of 5 packed into a little Land Rover 4x4 it just doesn't matter what you take. Life is so short and it's moving along faster than anyone realizes. See ya on the trail!

We continue our search for propane while we head north towards Cusco. We make a stop off to see the famous Rainbow Mountain, we avoid the tourist trap and find a way to get the crazy views but with less people and a much lower price tag. We meet some new friends, and enjoy the unique views that Peru has to offer.

Come along as we leave Goose behind and hike the back way up to Machu Picchu with friends. We find a doggy escort and finally make it to these beautiful mountain top ruins. Where we brave the crowds, and the llamas, to explore this beautiful Inca Ruin. We hope you enjoy the scenery as much as we did.

We head towards the Amazon and Brazil's BR-319. Goose gets cleaned for the first time since Panama, we stay at a military base in Rio Branco, and then decide to head towards Bolivia where we encounter a difficult border crossing.
