Diff Oil

I drained my front diff oil for the first time yesterday, after putting in a new pinion seal. It was real thick. My wife came home and put a stick in it...

...the stick was still standing this morning when I took the following photo...

My guess is the PO put some kind of super delux stp honey oreo cookie blizzard additive in there.

I change diffs annually and T-case and tranny every two years.
