Now that I've finished the ABS deletion, what's the common wisdom regarding the ABS light on the dash?

I'm assuming the relay at the ABS pump can be removed. Is there a jumper that can be installed at that location (or another) to turn the light off?

Thanks, guys.

I guess while I'm at it, I should be pulling the ECU & the decel sensor as well? Are there any stand-alone harnesses that can be removed?
(Not sure how integrated the ABS system is with other vehicle systems)

The ABS computer is behind the driver side kick panel, easy access. Pull the computer, or simply unplug it, and the light will go out.

My light went off when I pulled the computer.

It's pretty easy to just remove the bulb from the cluster, and you probably need to go in there and replace your burned out "D"
bulb anyway!
Just did all the dash bulbs earlier this year. D included. ;)

There are some large relays in the engine bay.
Sensors and wires of course to the wheels.
Pulled the big relay, will investigate the wheel speed sensor harnesses to see what I can delete without cutting. Sensors will go, for sure, once I get plugs.

Less is more. :)

I unplugged the two plugs for abs ecu in the footwell and the fuse under the and still get the abs light on. Does it need some time or key cycles to disappear?

Mine was immediate. Fuse, relay, pump, and ECU removed.

If you remove the jumper on the DLC connector on the firewall. the jumper connecting WA and WB terminals. This provides the ground to the light when the ABS relay fails. This also allows the ABS light in the cluster to be repurposed by removing the wire from Terminal 13 of the A19 ABS ECU (the Dark Gray 16 pin Connector), just keep in mind that the light is ground enabled.
