Have fun tomorrow ladies

Ahhh.. you know how it is when you start screwing around with your junk.
Im trying to complete a custom install with Bilstein 7100's.
I keep hitting small road blocks, I will go out on a limb and say I now have everything to go forward.
But as far as getting my crap together or needing counsel, come on by the fridge is full....

Loved this trail so I'm sure we will be game to do it again soon.Definitely looks a little too rough for the Tacoma, but nice. Too bad about the camera.

The nice thing is the non-techinical sections are smooth, none of that cobble stone crap.Nice !
Looks great!
Deer valley is a great little trail, challenging from start to stop.

Slick Rock is fun, with one moderately serious spot, but will not significantly challenge the capabilities of an SOA FJ40. The other Dan's 100 could do this trail easily as well. Stock Tacama, I'm not sure about. There would be moderate sheet metal risk.
If you do Strawberry South to North, it's easy for anything, even stock. There is a drop or two at the end, but even those look worse then they are. There is really great camping up at the top of the ridge on the south side.
I agree that Deer Valley is more fun than you would think.
, she liked Deer Valley. High altitude so it was cool, slow going so not a lot of dust or bouncing. Lots of pretty stuff to look at. Straight to pavement at the end of the trail.
We left Woodfords at 9:15, We were on the trail by 10:30. We took 30 - 45 minutes for lunch before the 1st water crossing, and I think we were at Blue Lake by 2:00. With just two SOA'd 40's, locked and geared, you can motor right along on that trail.Hey Rusty,
How long did it end up taking start to finsh?
