If I were to own a dedicated tow rig, I'd probably go for something bigger than a GX. I'd consider building the 07, selling the 04, and getting something beefier for towing (Tundra/etc).

Same story but 460. They tow 6500 and are bigger so they handle it better.
Have you towed that much in a 470? No thanks. 460 is bigger. 200 is biggerer.
Only once when I picked it up in Billings and drove it back to Colorado. It really wasn’t that bad......and I guess it was winterized so not fully loaded but still. I think I’m going to be ok. It is only 19’ so that helps too I think. Also rather aerodynamic.
I made 12 mpg at best but honestly I was flying home faster than I should have been driving. It came with a nice anti sway hitch. The 460 was the original plan, I even had CarMax ship one here that was so nice from Hollywood but then they lowballed me so bad on my trade in I had to walk away.
Wouldn’t the valve body for the transmission help.?......super charger is in my dreams.
