As I stated in the other thread we decided to have Decembers meeting and party at Rudy's at 315 South 31st Street on the SE corner of 31st Street and Hwy 24. Everyone is responsible for buying their own food but there are two options, see below.

There will be a white elephant gift exchange, do not buy anything, this should come from what you already have. All are welcome to participate.
There will be door prizes available for current members paid up in their dues. You can renew dues and new members may join at the meeting to be eligible for door prizes.
For food there are two options:
1) We can each just go buy whatever we want by standing in line. The woman there told me we can call a few days before and they will hold a table or two for us.
2) They have a back room (which I reserved) that has a TV and can seat about 30 people. There we have the option to have the food brought to us. We can have 3 meats, 3 side dishes and sodas for $8.50/person. Any beer is extra. I gave her a round number of 10 people and that would be 5 lbs of meat total and 1 qt plus a pint of side dishes. Or, we can still order on our own.
Go ahead and post up if you will attend and your preference, so we can get a head count going and figure out the food options. I have added a poll for the food options, don't forget to vote (at top of thread).
