Sorry to hear your going to have to pull the plug on this trip.

Let me know how the new trip plans progress.

It's all good because now I am going to the Baja 1000 the weekend before Thanksgiving. :D

But I am thinking maybe President's weekend the 15th to reschedule DV. The temperatures average a high of 74° and a low of 48° in February.

Would love to go down and see the 1000 but the :princess: has put a stop to any border crossings until things settle down a little more in Baja Norte.

Realistically I will not be able to do a DV trip in February since Valentine's is one of the busiest times of year at work and they will probably have me on the East Coast for 10 days supporting operations. I will probably try and get out to DV in mid-March if it's not too hot.

Well I didn't get to D.V. but I did get some light wheeling in. :D

After a Thanksgiving Breakfast the ladies wanted to get in a little walk to make room for Thanksgiving Dinner later in the afternoon. So they walked around the community college and the guys hopped in the cruiser to do some wheeling in the foothills behind the college.

I couldn't quite fit between this mini squeeze.

Then on Friday after Thanksgiving we got the city slickers out on the Bonanza Trail and out 8 miles to Burro Schmidt Tunnel. We actually made it out in a Trail Blazer and a Kia minivan. The van took a couple hit's on the bottom but nothing serious. :hillbilly:

Then we headed over to Red Rock Canyon campground for lunch and a few photos.

Then we woke-up Saturday to the Famous local mountains getting the first dusting of snow this season.
