I'm down for meeting up somewhere in the East Valley, I'd be keen to leave earlier, get out of the city (and traffic!!) and meet up somewhere in Wickenburg for breakfast. I'm in Chandler (Warner & Dobson) if anyone wants to meet at my house you're more than welcome.

I'm at Gilbert and Ocotillo. Breakfast in Wickenburg works for me. Stuck in rush hour is not a good place to be... Chaos55, what time are you thinking of leaving town?
I am in! I live near 202 Red Mountain and Power Road. There is a park and ride under the 202 overpass on Power if you want to collect there and convoy. I am eager to beat traffic out of town for an awesome road trip. I can be on the road by 6 am to beat traffic headed north.
I am all for leaving early, and starting the day. No rush hour freeway traffic in Flagstaff to deal with =)
I'm 40min out of Wickenburg, and mentioned to Saddletramp about being ready when the caravan crosses Carefree Hwy headed that direction (from those coming up from the South). No traffic to worry about on the freeways for me, and Carefree Hwy is recently resurfaced out that way to Morristown. Given the long day's drive ahead of us, I'm willing to get started at any point the group heads up this way. Will be prepping for the run on Thursday, taking my time so as to not forget anything.

If breakfast is on your plans in Wickenburg make sure that you get there early. For some who are traveling with their better halves may need a bit more preparation time. The reason we have posted the various times and meeting points is to accommodate the group size and allow for some to take alternate routes if desired.

Did another fly by today. About 30 miles east of Tea Kettle Junction. The photos are posted are pretty accurate. There will be long shadows in the morning from the adjacent mountains. Hope the weather holds up.
I'm at Ray and McClintock close to several of you. The QT on Southern and the 101 is a good meeting spot.
I drive to work at 5:30am every day. I can tell you that the 101 starts to suck bad even at that time.. I really don't want to deal with all of the idiots with my trailer that early. I also don't feel like hooking up my trailer at 4am. So let me know what time you are thinking of going and I will let you know if I want to join you. Last thing I need is some texting ahole rear ending my trailer on the 101 in rush hour traffic.

I am an early riser and happy to meet earlier to beat traffic out of the valley. Location is perfect. Your planned route is fine. If we need an out the 51 north to 101 is quiet that time of day too. There is an easy off easy on Chevron /McDonalds at Carefree Highway to meet up with peeps north west. Pick the time that fits and I will be there. Thanks!

The reason we are posting the lunch and later lunch departure is so folks from CG or the south east valley can leave when they want and catch up in Kingman or even in Beatty at 4 or 5.
This trip definitely benefits the Flagstaff contingent. I have never once read or heard of Jason or Erin complaining about the extra drive time. The Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek crews take note of the quiet family from Casa Grande they are the standard by which we judge Happy Campers.

For the early group let's meet at the QT 5:15ish, with a plan to roll out at 5:30, I think this will give us the right amount of time for travel to Wickenburg, Breaky and then meet the crew for fuel at 8:30.
We can discuss traffic on the morning of, look at the Waze app see what it has to say, Dimples do you still have my number? If so call me at 5:45 am I'll let you know where to meet up.
