Yes, I appreciate that....I just always think of a pork sandwich as pulled, not ground and patted.

A couple guys I used to work with stopped at a hole in the wall cuban place, out of the blue, for lunch. Evidentally, they got the gringo specials. The gals in the back were giggling as they bit into the hottest Cuban sandwiches they had ever eaten.

there's a little fishing village about 40 minutes south of here, basically inside the everglades national park that has a little cash only hole in the wall cuban restaurant, I don't think twice about driving there just to get a sandwich, it's that good.

You've got to be kidding. Pork Chop John's is quite possibly the worst resturant in the history of resturants. They are so bad that only 2 have survived over the years, both in the armpit of America - Butte - all the others they opened around here closed because they are so disgusting.

they're closed in June, only open like Oct-Apr for season. They rock too, I'll run you down there this year anyways, so you can see what it used to be like here.

I have no idea, maybe something they do specifically there. The only veggie type thing I've ever had was pickles on them and I've eaten a s***load of cuban sammichs.
