Has anybody seen a dealer installed A/C from a 40 fit into a 55? I've got one laying around and was wondering if this might work.

dont think it will work, but who knows. The 40 series has a different offset and spacing that the 55 series, but might be worth a try. factory systems are not too hard to come by for the Fj55's, ive actually found two on car-part.com...
