Well, that's what can happen if you post pics on the web and don't put a tag at the bottom of the photo. It's not like the person cut off the tag, the picture probably just came up in a Google image search.
Yeah, it looks like one of the other pictures is another truck. The seller should at least post in the ad that the bumpers in the pictures are not the actual bumper for sale and that the images represent what the bumper would look like mounted. And he should point out the lights and other accessories aren't included either. And the guy should post a picture of the actual bumper.
Given that this seller is right over in Redlands, Dave should hit the guy up and say he wants to take a look at the bumper personally and then show up in his truck.
Looks like one of the fake posts that occur on Ebay. They take pics posted on other sites and place them up. Happens on Craigslist all the time and when you hit them up with a question they give you a long story of how they are in need of cash and will sell for cheap. Just wire them cash and everything will be ok. ;p
