Longest side job of my life, over a year in the slow making. But I finally finished the manifold.
Material
1.5" short radius 90°'s and tees
(316L stainless, sch40)
1/2" 316L stainless flanges, water jet cut.
1.5" 316L stainless pipe sch40
1/4" NPT fitting for pyro.

Luckily all the tees and 90's fit together without requiring trimming, made life easy. Welded it all up and ground down the insides to transition from square holes to round. I then made up the collector using 1.5" sch40 pipe. Created to lateral joints and cut out the required amount on the main. Once Welded together, had the collector machined to fit over the manifold. Cut out a section of the manifold and welded it all up.

It may be overkill but man was it ever fun to make.

I will be installing a TD04L - 13t turbo on this truck

Island time. Nice truck! Have installed the turbo yet?

Built a downpipe for the turbo setup today.
Material:
3" sch10 short radius 90° - 316L stainless
3"X 1.5" sch10 reducer - 316L stainless
0.5" water cut flange - 316L stainless
2.5" 316L tubing

Beveled the ends and welded them up. Then marked out where I needed to cut the reducer to match the OD of the tubing and chopped it down.

Mounted the flange and marked out the angle of the downpipe.

Quick mock up

Feathered the inside of the reducer to match the ID of the tubing, beveled and welded.
