Events/Trails Cruisers on the Rockies: Silverton July 24-28 2024 -- SOLD OUT!!!!

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate
links, including eBay, Amazon, Skimlinks, and others.

I'm going to need y'all to take and share a lot of pictures of the event, as I cannot make those dates work into my schedule but will instead be there a few weeks after the event. Kudos to all the hard core East Coasters planning to go, that's a LONG haul out there! :)
It's gonna be awesome seeing so many East Coasters out west but I'm probably more excited about seeing some of the West Coasters in Tennessee this October at COTR4!
Just a reminder, your Cruisers on the Rockies registration guarantees you early registration for Crockies 2025 in Silverton AND COTR4 at Windrock. ;)

Project 250 Will be there Cruiser gods willing lol. Looking forward to making some new friends.

I thought you might have bought @cruiserpatch truck until I clicked the link 🤣

:bounce:UPDATE :bounce2:

There are limited spots left for CRUISERS ON THE ROCKIES !!!

Welcome emails will go out to registered drivers next week with updates and some general event info. Also you can expect a series of emails leading up to the event with info and what to expect about different topics such as event camping, trail selection, group activities (welcome party, potluck dinner, raffle night, cornhole tournament), dinners, swap meet, trail communications, etc. One of the main goals when I started COTR was to make sure everyone that came to the event never felt lost or out of place. It's a big family and I want to make sure everyone feels welcome and never out of place.

JIC you missed it earlier in the thread we use SCHED online to do trail selection. This will go up 3-4 weeks prior to the start of the event. You will be able to see trail ratings, descriptions, trail leaders, meet up spots, and radio channel/frequincies for each run. You can pick and choose trails and change anytime up until the run starts from your desktop or mobile device.

For this that are not familiar with SCHED here are a few screenshots from COTR3:

I just posted on the High Desert Cruisers page to see if I could help fill up any of the remaining spots with our club's 100 and 200 owners. We don't have any members that were willing to spend $100K+ on an LX600, yet.

This is going to be a blast. Is there anyone from New England heading that way for the trip. If so do you wanna caravan out that way I am game.

I stumbled across a few old photos of the group camp area I took at HIH8 from my camp and from the deck of the lodge back in 2018. I thought I would post them to give people an idea of how close you will be to the lodge and also how awesome it is to have 100 IFS Cruisers camping next to each other. Everyone camping will just be steps away from the lodge where we will have all our group activities. There will also be water available for fill-ups and we will have porta-toilets available plus the bathrooms in the lodge for everyone. For anyone wanting a shower there will also be several options in town plus Molas Campground a few miles outside of Silverton has token operated showers open to the public. I'll be sending out info emails to registered driving regarding all of this before the event.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in July! It's gonna be a blast!!!
