This is what I don't understand. They line up like this on a somewhat regular basis right?

Add a couple of these and poof, Toyota gets an order for a bunch of new Hilux and ISIS has to do some recruiting. Do it enough times and the issue is diminished.

We have to drop leaflets first advises them that we are about to shoot and then wait 30 minutes to make sure they've had time to read and understand the leaflets. George Patton is spinning in his grave.

Thought I would share. There is a crazy 6x6 79 Land Cruiser, as well as several other amazing cruisers.

Criminal minds beyond borders. It's the dd for the whole season. And it's is a built fj62 that they put on a jet!

I saw it on the commercial but didn't have any interest in the show... maybe i'll give it a try

Damn, Isis attacks again, Brussels, Brussels.... Brussels? Why them, they are so nice and peaceful, they need to let their army go after these guys and...

Wait, are those Land Cruisers?

I shudder to think that the prices could actually go higher than they already have blown up..... its ridiculous what people are charging these days. Lol

I do not think that you will see prices even leveling off any time soon, baring an economic crash. Land Cruisers are now main stream among the collector crowd. One sold at Amelia Island last weekend for $75K and it was a Resto/Mod, not the traditional full Resto that most of us associate with the highest prices to be paid for Automobiles.

The big difference is that buyers are looking for drivers. So any Mods made to improve drivability and safety are not only approved, they are encouraged. I'd never recommend a Cruiser as an investment but if you have owned one for more than a few years and its in great shape, odds are you will see your money back at the very least.

Sad. I hate when the "collector" or "cookie cutter" world happens on vehicles and prices out the very people that truly love the vehicles for what they are and will use them for what they were made for.

Oh well, I had to move on from the muscle car world due to stupid inflated prices and may have to do it from my cruisers also.... luckily "bargains" can still be found.

Was at a pub quiz last night and in the music category they played a clip from this.

I got half a point for the song name but couldn't remember the band name. But anyway the music video has a nice 45 in it.

Forgive me for the terrible image but I spotted two 62s and a 60 on an episode of NCIS from a month or so back. Only the two 62s are shown here. I couldn't get a good one of all three.

The remake of Point Break was on the TV yesterday at work.... the parts I saw were :meh: except for a pretty cool scene with a green 70 series troopy

Those will be the best jeeps ever made

I spotted that same blacked out 62 on the show Scorpion (</scorpion>). It's an awful show but the wife likes it. It was mildly entertaining for the sheer stupidity, ex. lets pull a 1700lb plane out of the concrete wall with a amusement park carousel a quarter mile down the street instead of using either the Land Cruiser or the Range Rover that were right there. SMH.

That episode be a few years old Jefe

That's the episode where they try to sell you a bunch of coke right? LOL

This huge tire 40 was on a documentary called Archer, about spycraft and stuff like that
