Different group than the "MOACT" group. But yeah I think there was that one big group that said they were there every year.

Little Gold Lake isn't big enuf for everyone. I think plan A is to take every spot available at Gold Lake AND Little Gold Lake and branch out from there if needed.

We fit about 8-10 of us at Little Gold Lake last year, but the amount of attendees is definitely larger this year. We'll make it work. I'm not showing up until Saturday morning anyway. -_- But my truck is small, and I pack relatively light.

The 'cruiser gods are not smiling on me. I've got a fuel starvation issue I need to fix that will likely prevent me from bringing the FJ40. I'm super bummed about it, but we will still be there in my 4Runner.

Yup, group last year is a family that has been going there for thirty years now...Most of the MOACT group made camping spots in the meadow across from the main 16 camps. You guys should be fine.
Is anyone planning runs on Sunday? If so I might drive up Sat night and just sleep in the truck......

So I have a question... To make life a little easier does anyone have one of those cool chef camp ovens that we could use for warming up the food? If not no worries we can manage.

I am the Planner of the "MOACT" (Mother Of All camping trips). We are gone now. I was rather upset I had to work this weekend or I would have stayed for this event. It is crowded up there! I heard rumors of another event this coming weekend other than this one. I hope you guys get some good spots! -Todd
