So now I have body damage that I didn't do! And even my wife was upset that these douche bags busted out the window on the good door. They even ripped the GPS base off the dash, who the hell does that? Luckily these idiots dropped the GPS (that was wrapped in a stocking hat under the seat) between the back passender door and the seat during their get-away. So I still have the GPS (just not the charger, base, and suction thing), but the stocking hat is gone.

But they did get my FJ Cruiser tool bag (hidden under the dog deck) with some of my tools (craftsman ratcheting wrenches, sockets, vise grips) and two nice flashlights (a stinger and a sure-fire). They also busted open the tool box and got my torque wrench (harbor freight, fools) but didn't take any straps or other tools. These retards also missed the Scangauge, which is now removed, and several other more decent things. So I guess if there's a silver-lining...

Any input on where to get a window replaced up here in KC (happened in Overland Park off 119th, just east of HW69).

:mad::bang:

There is a glass place on metcalf at about 97th in the parking lot of the Home Depot. They did my 4Runner rear glass when It was broken out at rockfest.

that sucks jason, yeah if you left the base on the dash its a sure sign you have a gps in the truck. not long after i got here on the north side i had some one bust out the door handles on my f250 because i had a radar detector on the dash. they got it and a few of my dewalt 18volt batterys with charger and flashlight along with my high power cell phone booster. now i dont leave anything in the cab and my one tool box has a big pad lock on it and i leave the other one open because there ins't anything to steal in it.

Sadly it was only the flat disc base that permanently sticks to the dash that the suction cup sticks to instead of the windshield. The 3m tape is still there, but they wanted the coaster.

I contacted Toyota just down the road, they use Lee's Auto glass for all their work. Got a quote and took it there, and getting the windshield done while it's there.

the same thing happened to me last summer. they got my GPS, ipod, a bunch of my work stuff. it ended up being about $1500 worth of stuff they got out of my rig. boy was I pissed!!

now i don't leave anything visible. I really hate thieves!

Whatever happened to "crime-free Johnson County".....

(for those of you who grew up in these parts)

Those bastards!!!! That really sucks. Maybe it's time for an alarm/remote start system now that you're living in the big city. Did it happen at the Bro in-laws apartment? If so they have such great security.

I'll order the replacement Garmin stuff just get me the P/N's.

WTF is wrong with people these days?

I have a brand spankin' new FJC bag still in the plastic that now has your name on it. Oh, it comes with an ice cold Paulaner hefe-weizen to boot. I think I even have a stash of extra unused tools that we can fill the bag with.

And we're so close to closing on a house up here with a garage!

I'll order the replacement Garmin stuff just get me the P/N's. Thanks, we'll talk.

WTF is wrong with people these days? They suffer from douche baggery

I have a brand spankin' new FJC bag still in the plastic that now has your name on it. You're awesome! Oh, it comes with an ice cold Paulaner hefe-weizen to boot. See you soon. I think I even have a stash of extra unused tools that we can fill the bag with. That's too much, I can fill it with harbor freight, throw-down tools

I went aheah and got my cracked windshield replaced also. I never realized how sand blasted it was, it's like there's nothing there now.
