I can't buy anything until after I close on my house in about 2 weeks. Once that's done, I'll be looking for a new project.

FYI- I communicated with the seller. Seems like a stand up guy; showing in the order of who responded first. He already has showings lined up for today. I‘m assuming one of them will take it home. Otherwise, he is supposed to reach back out to me.
