I think at the next wrenching session we need to put a roll cage in landspeeders Lorena "80" : ).

He is taking on some hardcore stuff without nothing but tin to protect his shunt. I am also guessing it will give some structure to Lorena as well ?

Here is what i have to do this:
bending
JD2 model 3 bender with hydro assist.
1.5 die
I need a 1.75 or 1 5/8 die. I think this should be a minimum for his rig. Landspeeder what do you think?

I need to get one of these anyway if anyone has one we can borrow or I can buy that would be great.

notching:
plasma cutter
grinders
cheepie notcher that will work. may upgrade this soon though if my hand doesn't steady up with the plasma.

Should not take long. I was thinking an internal cage to keep down on that gayness.

The cab will get an "ino"... And minimal tube along the "bed rails"... But as much side to side as possible...
Not gaudy though...

I would do a bed bar hoop behind the cab. Beef the crap out of it. Cut holes in the cab and run A pillar bars up the dash to the roof and out to the B Pillar. Single bar across top of windshield and then an X above yo head.

No Exo needed.

exo very needed... otherwise, it'll trun into a raisin... sadly... it's already becoming that... but i'd rather rub a rail on the side that sheet metal... I don't have a foto of the driver side where I was laying on the tree... I needs at least one rub-rail...

Not too sure... all depends on how much tube is needed, how much it costs... I mean, I do needs a birfield right now... and I'm telling myself that I will not buy another one to break until it's a Long... and well... thems is $300/ea. and well it's Christmas, etc, etc,
maybe this should be the January or February wrenching session! That way we can get the design sorted, the amount of tube sorted, the tube bought, and the bitch over to Jackson and ready.
