Apparently 2005-2006 Tacoma’s had frame issues around the driver side engine mount. Frame would crack and the mount would move into the frame rail causing the fan to hit the shroud. Ordered a kit from DMZ Fab and had Shrek burn it all back together. Should last for a while now. Talk about a simple motor mount replacement gone rogue.
