I've about decided that the pile I got isn't likely ever going back together as a whole cruiser so let me see what I got in the cabinet.

Red needs that greenhouse
It doesn't look Cheap. A quick google search puts their popular ones in the 45 - 50,000 range.
Mother of a mudder; busted. I had to wait till off the clock. Thought i was safe posting in CLC. 
Land Cruiser guys do have nice taste
You are right on the mark. This one was 60 landed on site in nc. Unassembled and not including masonry foundation. Foundation, water/elec, assembly all in just over 100. We will probably land in the same area for hardscapes and landscape perimeter. Then lighting and irrigation.
So for cool 1/4 mil you can have a really sweet greenhouse with patio.
