Felix was a good lookin hound. Almost 14 years after that great race career is amazing.

Great shot Nolen! It's got to be unreal to see what that race has turned into in the past few years. It's been a few years since you went right?

It is hard to believe how big it is. People told me but I could not understand without seeing it in person.

I cannot imagine what it takes to do that.

I also can't imagine spending the money those guys do to race. It's mind boggling.

A damn "blow boat"...

Yeah the logistics of the event are unreal. Knox from Hot Springs was out there for over 2 weeks and there has been a team on site since way before the event. Did you see how much chain link fence was put up around that place? Unreal! Every major sponsor/supplier is there too. Chris and I were talking about Griffin and how many radiators they must sell. Do they really sell that many? They are a heavy sponsor!!

Girl I graduated with at Canton Academy took me out on her 300,000 sailboat today out of Marina Del Rey. Crazy. View attachment 1028273
My step dad had a 30' sailboat in SF. We used to sail it around Alcatraz and to a few cool spots in the bay.
You think cruisers are expensive?!
LMAO

Georg did you help crew that truck again this year at KOH?

Garrett and I were on the pit crew for Rustynailsjustin again. We pulled off the course at 5pm right before Chocolate thunder. There was only an hour left and we weren't even half way done with the race. Not a single mechanical issue but the traffic was ridiculous. It's the first time we DNFd. Frustrating!!!
FWIW, there were 4 classes with a total of 90 trucks racing on Thursday. Ten cars finished mostly because everybody timed out. In our class, only one car finished. He was running an illegal rig for the class ( fiberglass fenders and highly modded engine, both not allowed in the rules ) but they let him have first place anyways cause they needed a "winner".
Needless to say, justin and the rest if us weren't too happy. We were running in 5th place.

We also helped with the 4431 IFS car ( justin was copilot again ) but got caught in traffic for 2 hours on Jackhammer. Last count I had the backup there was 52 cars or more .........

17 cars out of 140 finished on Friday.
