How old is that one?

Ava is 7. After her racing career, she was adopted along with a solid black female named Sam. The couple decided to give up both Ava and Sam after they got two small toy dogs and had a little boy. Three people and 4 dogs in a tiny house did not work. We fostered Ava and Sam for a few weeks. Sam was a chewer so she could not stay, but Ava grew on us quickly. She has always been with another greyhound. She is doing OK so far and we hope that keeps up. She looks older than she is because her face has always been very gray. Everyone should have at least one dog big enough to hug.

Doing a little sanity maintenance. Beyond busy this week and last so I'm taking a 15 minute break while Garrett is having fun on the playground.
