When Tolleson gets a RTT......

Here's your chance for some camping in MS. December 2nd-4th, I'll be heading down to the Natchez area to camp. I'm looking at the Natchez State Park, but am open to other sites. They have 8 primitive camp sites in 2 clusters of 4 from what I can tell.

Time permitting on Saturday the 3rd, I want to head up to Rodney, Windsor Ruins, and Prospect Hill Plantation. Probably cheat and eat a nice-ish dinner out Saturday evening and then return to camp. If any one is interested in going, let me know and I'll get you included in the planning. I'm not planning anything huge and fancy.

I'll be consulting with the scout/oracle/guru @wngrog on cool roads, a places to eat, and other such things that he specializes in. I don't want a ton of people, one friend of mine is definitely coming along, got a couple other friends interested. If interests explodes for some reason (doubtful) I'll retroactively limit the number. If you don't want to camp but want to see the sites, that could work too, we'll set a meeting time/place and hit the road and see the sites. I'll form a new thread based on interest as well.

They even forgot to drill two of the holes for the connector rod that joins the two side rails. I called. They apologized. No biggie. I understand things happen in manufacturing.
Looks great.

Of all the racks I've installed and all the poser add ons I've never been short a single bolt.

I've been very happy with mine and have used the hell out of it. Roof Top Tents - Geo Adventure Gear

Also hear good things about CVT and Tepui. Smittybilt makes the least expensive one I've seen but don't know much about it. Probably all made in the same Chinese factory.

Yakima is about to release theirs and looks very light weight. Could be good or bad.
