Amen.....when it cools down!
This past friday and saturday were great camping weather. My whole family along with some other families camped on an Island on Lake Ouachita where it was almost cold. I did about 100 miles off road today on Winona Auto tour which is right next to my deer lease and saw tons of great camping sites.
I'm a big fan of this ARB 2000 Awning. It deploys easily with 1 person in just minutes. Gives a good amount of shade and I can easily walk under it. Hoping to get some good use out of it at the crawl and future "Overlanding"
Are any of you guys familiar with the Ozarks. I've been wanting to get out that way for awhile now and I'm just to intimidated to go it alone. If anyone is interested I'd would be up for planning something.
Get a Forrest service map online and go. Most roads are super easy.
An "overlanding" adventure from a little different perspective. This one has nearly as much appeal to me as the ones we discuss here. I 'spect @wct49 and @Bomar will agree.

So fall is here and the weather is starting to be bearable. Whose got fall camping plans besides the crawl?
If I can ever get a free weekend, I'm gone. Might have to plan some during the week.
