Can we just keep "breakin the law, breakin the law!"? lolIt takes about a weekend of study/practice, then you can forget it all. Find a test date in your area HERE, and then start looking at the material a week or two ahead of time. Don't start too far out or you'll start forgetting stuff.
I read @BMThiker 's recommended study guide: No-Nonsense Study Guide , and then tested each section with a phone app (Ham Radio Exam - Tech) as I read it until I scored in the high 90's. After I did all the sections, I took some sample tests. By the time you get to the sample tests, you can already pass. You can miss 9/35 questions (I think), so you don't have to be an expert on every section.
