That is really cool.

Wish he had ones for a 200.
He may have something already in work for the 200.
Call him to check. His website is not updated often.

I am Opining a trip Friday night somewhere local to camp.

Will has to be in Grenada Saturday morning for a basketball tournament so I'm not talking anywhere exotic

State Park or Grenada Lake.

I'm about to start looking. Will out of school Friday so may meander all day find a camp around 3 somewhere.

Grand Gulf State Military Park.....I think that is where I am headed. Someone go with me.

No one can go camping this weekend so I'm just going to put some miles in the 60 tomorrow. I have an appointment at 8 and 9:30 after that I'm going to flip a coin to see what direction I'm going to head.

I got the Black Friday FrontRunner stuff installed. This dealio is listed as a solar shower bracket but I plan to use it for a lantern. I may have to drop it down a foot to get the light under my Foxwing. I'll play with that later.

The solar shower would have been great in Big Bend this summer.

Just this bracket stays on the rack

This could ride up here or inside.

This is it folded out. Its a cool little $40 deal.

File it under "I just like to bolt s*** to my rack"

The other deal I got was the propane bottle rack.

Another slick deal FrontRunner sells.

Big Bend does not allow ground fires so I'm sure I will have the Buddy Heater rolling on that trip. Propane will ride on the roof since I won't be taking the trailer.

These bottom brackets stay on the rack

The clamps hold it on.

The short bottle rides about as high as my tent so if I forget it's up there it's less than 8' and fits in my garage.

Campfire substitute.

If you really want to do the shower right, pick this up and bolt it to your rack

Road Shower 2 | Road Shower

In the desert I would have loved to have kept that solar shower in my ice cooler and taken a cold shower

I used to use the little Solar Showers a bit when Jim and I wheeled the west. We got nasty. They work great. Toss them on the trailer and if there is any sun you have a hot shower at the end of the day. $25

I still have a new one in a box.

Ha. Me either I just bought it was prime overland gear discussion.

There's a small solar panel that runs the length of the top I THINK. Haven't read much on it.

Nolen we used to use those solar showers at the hunting camp when I was a kid. Lukewarm shower in 30* weather cured me of wanting to use those when it's cold out ever again. I can see where it would come in handy when it's not cold outside tho.

I had an idea about making a loop out of 4"PVC painted black following the shape of my rack. Just need to figure out how to get something more than solar heat. A little 12v immersion heater (if such a thing exists) would be great.
