Well the face lift has begun. One of the benefits being home for three weeks with the new kiddo is I now have some time to tackle the bodywork. So far I have the front fenders, doors, tailgate, hood and roof painted. I'm currently tackling all the bondo work on the rear.

My hope is to have it all done by next weekend.

I must admit I'm kindda of a neat freak when it comes to the garage. As for a shakedown...nah...just want to wrap this up so I can do some other stuff during my time off.

Although, I'm sure I will want to get out to Kansas Rocks sometime before F&N.

For those of you who have been to Erik's garage you would know that he would win that contest.. I will let you guys guess on what side... Clean or messy.. Regardless he always knows were to find all of his stuff.

Truck is looking great by the way
 
I had a VISION

Nearly three years later I can now say I have completed my project :bounce::clap::bounce2: Now of course there will always be the occassional mod here and there. Oh did I mentioned Longfield are on SALE :eek:

I finished the rattle can job last night then Mike and I reassembled everything...we finished up the night with and glass of scotch and a cigar to celebrate :cheers:

For those that aren't familiar with what it looked like when we pushed it into the garage 3-years ago - I have included a pic.

Don't get too excited. I like to call this the 15-yard paint job - cuz it looks great from 15-yards away. But yeah I'd have to say I'm pretty pleased wiht how well it turned out.

I'm sure it will get banged up a t F&N
