Types/Manufactures of the rope is what I am looking for like:

Amsteel
Technora
Masterpull

I know some here have used different types

Warn uses 5/16 cable but I am not going that small

JBo, I've had great luck with winchline.com for picking up some parts I needed to piece together a synthetic line (I had acquired various pieces but lacked a few...)

Also, may check out customsplice.com. Search him on Pirate. He sometimes has random lengths of line for a discounted price. Might be worth your time.

If you need any more recommendations, holla. I've had good, bad, and ugly results in the past couple years learning about this synthetic stuff  Might be able to save you a ride on the learning curve.... Yikes...

tool borrow

Does anyone have one of those do-dads that lets you start an outboard in your driveway? The thingy that supplies water. Can I borrow it?

I'ma try to get one or both of my outboards running, but I'm broke.

with a build like that you think they might have at least made the obstacle course a little bit challenging.
Agreed.....they should have provided an aggressive description, like "Able to navigate shallow pools of virtually clear water and climb small, smooth hills of pebbles with aplomb!"

Greg, did you pick up the one from Myron?
