And as if broken ribs and a hell of a cold aren't enough the oldest daughter calls broken down in Dallas so 2 1/2 our trip in the rough ass riding dodge to pick her up then back. Flex plate broke....and where is the closest one? Back in Dallas. And waiting till Monday isnt an option so flopping around on the floor under a car on jackstands is what I'll be doing while Ardenne drives to get the part.

And an fyi, you can't change the flexplate without pulling the motor or the transmission on a transverse mounted motor and neither option is fun with broken ribs.
